Pink Pie

This dessert was one of my husband’s favorite when he was a kid – his grandma used to make it for him.  I let the kids make this dessert while I was at work and they had a great time working together and testing their cooking skills.  No baking.  Cooperation.  And a tasty result!

1 can of frozen lemonadeImage result for pink pie

16 oz. container of cool whip

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 graham cracker crust

Red food coloring


Mix together the thawed frozen lemonade and sweetened condensed milk for 6 minutes.  Add cool whip and mix in until smooth.  Add 1-2 drops of red food coloring to turn the cake pink.

Pour into graham cracker crust.

Freeze until set!
